3. Smart/Proximity Card based Stand Alone Access Control/Attendance

V-500-4-0C is a high quality and stand-alone access control/time attendance system. By using the build- EM card to check the identification, it makes possible to provide reliable security services, thus realizing the automatized, modern, and professional access control/time attendance management. On access control and time attendance, V-500-X-0C provides card only mode. On function , the reading distance for EM card can reach 10~15cm. With the external Wiegand reader, the unit can realize the single-door bi-directional operation. With external fittings via the I/O interface of the unit, the user can connect the exit button, and door contact sensor, and other TTL output devices to open the door, which will send the alarm signal automatically when the unregistered card is reading. On management, with the build-in LED, V-500-4-0C can manage the system by the configuration card; it can also communicate with the computer via RS232/RS485 to manage and operate the system, and send all the operation records and the status of other devices in real time to the computer, so as to process and print access control records and time attendance tables by the management software. |

On access control and time attendance , V-500-4-1C provides three kinds of operation mode, the most convenient card only mode, the most accurate card + 4 digit PIN mode, and the simplest 4 digit PIN only mode. User-defined 2-digit duress alarm password can be input by the user under duress and the unit can send the signal of help silently by the connected alarm system.
